Exceptional Care
for your canine friend
Why Canine Massage?
Just like humans, dogs benefit immensely from massage. At TAG Canine Massage, we focus on improving your pet’s physical and emotional health through techniques that promote:
Pain Relief & Improved Mobility: Canine massage helps alleviate joint stiffness, muscle tension, and pain from arthritis or injury, enhancing your dog’s range of motion.
Relaxation & Stress Reduction: For dogs experiencing anxiety or nervousness, our massages offer a calming effect, reducing stress and promoting a sense of peace.
Faster Recovery: If your dog is recovering from surgery or an injury, massage can accelerate the healing process by increasing blood circulation and reducing inflammation.
Enhanced Bonding: Massage sessions not only benefit your dog’s physical health but also strengthen the bond between you and your pet, as they feel safe, loved, and cared for.
Meet the dogs who inspired TAG Canine
As a long time dog mom, I wish I knew about canine massage earlier. In hindsight, I can think of so many ways my own dogs could have benefited from a massage. Today, I offer canine massage so that your pup can feel their best no matter what they’re going through. TAG Canine was named after all of my dogs, past and present, who happen to have initials TAG.
What can I expect from a canine massage session?
Every dog responds a little differently to massage based on their temperament, comfort level, pain or tender points, and more.
During our first session, I will work to build trust with your dog and help them feel at ease with me. The space I'm working at in your home should be comfortable with minimal distractions.
Your dog may sit, lay, stand, or move around as needed during the session. A little space for them to roam is normal.
Throughout the massage, I’m focusing on how your dog’s body feels and how they are reacting to touch. That way, I can adjust my technique to optimize the physical and emotional benefits your dog receives from our session.
